FAQ:
What types of classes do you offer? We teach students in personal one-on-one sessions or semi-private (2-4 participants). This enables us to tailor the training to your goals. Whether it’s achieve the rank of Black Belt, improve fitness, gain self defense skills, relieve stress, or any combination of those or countless other goals you may have. Once in one of our personal lesson programs, clients will receive an invite to join our group class. There is one group class for teens/ adults and one group class for kids offered each week for our personal lesson members. There is NOT a group only option.
When are sessions? Sessions are done by appointment only during afternoon and evening times on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What is the youngest a student can be to start? We use seven (7) years old as a guide for starting. However, we are happy to give mature five and six year olds the opportunity to see if they are ready for our program.
What is the oldest a student can be to start? You are NEVER too old to start!

Is there a free trial? We offer all prospective students a FREE mini-introductory class (15-20 minutes) to come in to meet the instructor, learn a few basics, ask any questions you may have, and to make sure our program is right for you.

Are there any group classes? We offer a weekly group session but it is only open to our personal lesson students.
