Qi Gong Courses/ Seminars-
Qi Gong is an internal excercise that is thousands of years old. Literally it translates to "energy work" and is one of the Four Branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Practitioners of this ancient art learn and practice a variety of postures, gentle movements and meditations with the goal of balancing the mind, body and spirit. Using postural training in combination with the breath and creative visualization you will experience many benefits. Including:

- Release stress, anger, grief and other negative emotions.
- Cleanse yourself energetically to achieve more Well-Being.

Our Qi Gong classes are taught in either twelve (12) week indepth courses (held seasonally) or 2-2.5 hour seminars (held bi-monthly). Each course/ seminar explores a different topic and is great for both the beginner as well as the experienced practitioner.
