We are are a personal lesson dojo.
- What does that mean? We teach students in personal one-on-one sessions or semi-private (2-4 participants). This enables us to tailor the training to your goals. Whether it's achieve the rank of Black Belt, improve fitness, gain self defense skills, relieve stress, or any combination of those or countless other goals you may have.
- When are sessions? Sessions are done by appointment only during afternoon and evening times on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- What is the youngest a student can be to start? We use five (5) years old as a guide for starting.
- What is the oldest a student can be to start? You are NEVER too old to start!
- How much are personal sessions? Please use the contact page to email or call for pricing.
- Is there a free trial? We offer all prospective students a FREE mini-introductory class (15-20 minutes) to come in to meet the instructor, learn a few basics, ask any questions you may have, and to make sure our program is right for you.

- Are there any group classes? (Currently NO group sessions due to COVID-19 restrictions)We offer a weekly group session but it is only open to our personal lesson students.
